EVERY YEAR, CHAPTER J CHOOSES ONE MAIN CHARITY TO ASSIST. 

CHARITY NAME

RONALD McDONALD HOUSE CHARITIES

                The Ronald McDonald House Charities are one of Chapter J’s ongoing projects.  We save pop tops and unused hospitality items from hotel stays as well as personal items and cleaning supplies for the Ronald McDonald House located just outside the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston, SC.  We deliver these items to the House as we collect enough and take new members through the tour. The Ronald McDonald House gives the families of  seriously ill children an affordable place to stay nearby MUSC while the child is receiving treatment.  In addition, some recovering children stay at the House with their families to be able to easily access the doctors while not being so ill that they have to stay at the Hospital.
